I am debating getting back into phlebotomy/lab assistant/sample processor. The last company I worked for was Lapcorp (Seattle,WA) in 2018 & made 17.35 an hour. I have 9 years in both inpatient & outpatient. In that time I gained lots of experience in blood draws (from new borns to drug users), sample processing, ordering, legal blood draws/breath tests, and more. I felt I was being underpaid then & wonder what the average wage is now? Or suggestions on what to ask for?

I'm good at Java, programming and designing a solution but when it comes to algorithms, my mind doesn't work as it should be. In fact, I was never good at mathematical aptitude tests as well.
