Question to recruiters: I have a few roles seeking candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish. Has anyone had success with job boards or organizations to help promote roles?

My remit quadrupled+ in a recent re-org with no increase in pay/promotion, my new director is new to the company and was zero help, and I was passed over for recent promotion during the comp cycle. The new director essentially began shutting me down any time I ask for clarity in my career progression. Now they have taken credit for the project I’ve been building over the past year+ without giving me props whatsoever to higher ups. What is the best plan of action here?

Had some discharge that was concerning so went in for an ultrasound. I’m 7 weeks + 2. Gestational sac looks okay and no signs of bleeding, but my ultrasound tech was extremely quiet and I asked if everything was okay. She’s like it’s small, and couldn’t hear a heartbeat but saw a flutter. Next ultrasound is booked for next Tues. I don’t know if anyone had any similar experiences. Such a stressful time.

I want to start looking at other opportunities, but I’m worried my background is going to look too jumpy. Hi Fellow recruiters, How do you keep candidates warm in the recruitment process without compromising their positive experience. My approach is always to be as honest and transparent as possible however this isn’t always a possibility in some instances. Please share any tips.

Why do companies exploit their staff by giving you the workload of 2-3 people, wait for you to burn out or resign then try and counter offer you or offer to provide additional support, when you’ve asked for it so many times in the past? Is it because they want to see how long they can get away with it, or is it you’re seen as cheap and efficient resource and they can take advantage? If you value someone why wouldn’t you give them the tools to do their jobs??

I am a high performing individual contributor in a fast-growing company that succeeds or fails based, in no small part, on my results. I get perfect reviews and work well with my team. There appears to be no growth path. I’ve defined my path forward to my team and asked for the promotion. I appear to be at my ceiling. Other companies are calling, but so far, I have turned everyone away. This is not a credential issue. I’m grad degreed and have multiple certifications.

Currently looking for a job opportunity specific to Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, as I want to get out of the Generalist realm.
From the employers I've recently interviewed with, they average 15-20 reqs at a time.

Any tips for transitioning from slow recruiting (around 4 at a time) in the generalist role to a high number of reqs?
This is the way I want my career to transition but I think it may be a challenging adjustment.
