I am working in Deloitte PMO Analyst with cumulative work ex 2.5 years. I want to move to Program Management in FAANG. But for all the posts I see work ex is more than 3 years with an MBA. So, Should I go for an MBA first or should I apply for the same roles. I am mainly aiming Amazon.

Planning on getting into MBB in Western Europe (currently Tech consultant in East Europe).

MBA seems like best option to do so but I’m not sure about ROI.

Currently live in the US in a HCOL city, but would like to move back to London. My base plus bonus is about $340k. Is there anything outside of consulting (or banking) that will come close to this? Background is 11 YOE (split between T2 consulting and industry) with an M7 MBA, focus is industrials and energy.

Is attrition terrible at other MBBs? Especially at key titles ~2-3 years in from undergrad or MBA? We’ve lost a lot of great people at mine and filling the ranks with lateral hires. It’s a demoralizing situation all around
