Feel like I was lied to when interviewing at my current agency. I was very honest how important work life balance is to me due to health issues. Seems like Fishbowl is losing its charm. People ask for 11 likes to DM and they get more than 20 likes (even when he/she asked for 11 likes). I regularly comment in posts and advise/suggest any questions which I come across and in return people do not even "Like" it. Let us be courteous enough to "Like" the comment if you found the response helpful.

P.S.: I really think we should stop giving 11 "Like" to the users who just want to activate their DMs without contributing to bowls.

Now I am getting calls from EY GDS for interviews.

I am not sure if u should attend the interview or not at GDS.
When I shared this scenario with my EY IN HR, she said please don't attend it may create conflict and you may also get blacklisted.

EY GDS HR is like, you can attend the interview, there's no problem at all. We don't have such a policy. Please suggest what decision I should make.
