Hi Guys,
Anyone here from RPA domain who can refer me directly to their manager/HR?
I see a lot of openings on Linkedin but after applying the status of those applications never proceeds from 'Under Review'.
If someone can directly refer in their project, it will help.
TIA :)

Also knowing green card application takes 1-2 years. When is the right time for an employer to begin the process of filing a green card
As long as you change your status back to H-1B within 6 years of your status change and have time remaining in your initial approval, your cap-exempt status will be preserved.
For GC, employers usually start the process around 2 years before your 6 years of initial approval ends, but you can negotiate and move it up with HR.

Good one. But assume 2-3 years on H1B then business school 2 years you only have 1 year left on H1B. So does it mean most MBAs need green card post MBA since they run out of the 6 years H1B period
Nope, you’ll have to change status to F1 to attend business school, which would pause the years accrual on your H1B status. You’d then have 3-4 years remaining post MBA.

Didn’t know that. That’s good to know
I was in the same boat a while ago. Going for my MBA and worrying about my H1B status was a bit nerve-wracking. But here's the thing - hitting the books for business school won't mess with your visa. I actually found this treasure trove of essay examples on business topics at https://papersowl.com/examples/business/, which was a lifesaver during some tough assignments. Thanks to them, I graduated without a hitch. Just keep an eye on the visa requirements, but trust me, you'll be fine diving into that MBA journey!
