Quick question on Covid test to enter the US - I’m flying from Germany to US tomorrow and completed my negative test today.

The test form is in German but the relevant sections are easy to comprehend for an English speaker (Table reading „COVID-Antigen-Test Resultat: Neg“

Anybody with experiences whether this is sufficient? I checked all relevant websites and none mention language requirements for the test

My doubt is can we make it as 0 and merge with other allowances if incase i don't need LTA or in CITI LTA will be paid monthly and exempted from tax deduction if only i claim for it.
