I’d stick with a nice email. I don’t know how effective mailrooms are these days.
I’d send a personalized note/email to each interview process you had. For example, I had 3 different interviews with one company with 3 different people. That worked well for me
Physical thank you note for sure. It’s never going to be faster than your email but it’s a nice touch.
It won't be impactful unless you feel that they really like you.
Email is better. You have much more control over when they receive it. USPS is still notoriously inefficient and the person may not even be working from the office regularly/at all.
As a person who manages mail/packages for an office, no one is picking up their physical mail in the office. I recommend and support a follow up email. Best of luck on your job search!
