Newton have always had quotas on number of grads making probation (which itself is ridiculous), but seems to be getting even worse with the recession coming. Beware before you accept a grad offer, but as many as 30-40% seem to have been cut by ‘failing probation’ from some cohorts Newton Europe Limited
