Hello, I have an interview coming up with Facebook (Meta) and its a manager role leading a global process team with multiple people reporting to the role.I have been told by the recruiter that Meta is fairly flat and the title does not really describe its seniority. I wanted to calibrate my experience to the role, would anyone have advice regarding levels at Meta and any other advice for an interview with them? Thanks

Agree to some extent. But I also think quiet quitting has been defined as not working outside normal work hours, not doing uncompensated work, etc. which doesn't necessarily have anything to do with bad bosses. Although I suppose a good boss would already make those expectations clear?
I've tried to research about this word since I am a bit confused about its meaning. Surprisingly. it means setting boundaries and not taking on additional work; for others, it just means not going above and beyond. Most, however, agree it does not mean you're leaving the job, it's just that you don't want to perform as if you are looking for a reason to be terminated.
Yes, this is usually the case, but not always. Sometimes it's the environment or culture as a whole and might not have much if anything to do with the boss.
I think it's true, it's a sign of not feeling engaged with your work more than anything else. We shouldn't be expecting people to go above and beyond any more
I think I agree with this to be honest. People dont' usually quit bad jobs, they quit bad bosses. I have seen it happen over and over throughout the years
