Emotion shaming is a tired trend. People have emotions for a reason. Acknowledge the emotion and accept it, then you can truly move on. Pretending it doesn’t exist just causes long term issues.

How you react is something to focus on. At times we create more problems for ourselves by reacting irrationally. I prefer to hold back, think about the situation and then decide if it needs attention. Letting go is the least resource consuming task.

If my paycheck or mortality are not on line, i choose to not pay attention.

So every time I go for dental cleaning the office wants me to do a X-ray, full mouth... so that's every 6 months. Last time I went I needed one bc I was feeling tooth sensitivity it turned out my filling was breaking. A few days later I had to go back bc the filling the dentist repaired was sensitive and ended up doing another x ray to see what's going on. And I'm about to go back tmr bc my tooth is still bothering me.

How do I fix runner’s knee? Every time I start running on a treadmill my right knee begins to hurt after about 10 min. Killing me. I’m only 33 and am otherwise in good shape.
