I had a interview with the partner where in the last few minutes he mentioned they are taking their time with the process and a final decision might be made a month or two from now so I shouldn’t be discouraged if I don’t hear back for some time. I first submitted an application a month ago. What could this be about?EY

I am currently getting a Master's of Library and Information Sciences, teaches information technology but it doesn't specialize in it. I am interested in working in UX Design. I have a BA in Psychology. Would it be beneficial to get into one of those UX boot camps to create a portfolio or do I just do one and begin to apply for entry UX roles? Thank you 🙏🏼
Its a good company to work for. The people are great. The only thing I would complain about is the pay could be a little better and training for new hires could be better.
Radancy is a great place to work and grow in your career. It is very fast paced with very smart people and very progressive clients. Our on boarding and training programs have been completely revamped and are quite impressive. Leadership is very focused on our talent and making sure everyone has what they need to be successful. and happy. Tons of flexibility and resource groups. No organization is ever perfect and neither is Radancy but it is a fantastic place to be.
I think in terms of pay, Radancy is competitive. The culture is great as well overall though it might vary a little bit depending on your team/department.
