I have cleared all the interview rounds of PwC AC (tech and manager) and got a call from HR regarding discussion about salary and other benefits. He said that he would share a list of documents to be emailed on last Friday. Till now haven’t received the mail. Any idea about how long it will take to get the offer?

Howdy! If you NEED a raise, make that the main subject of a short email or Slack message. Your manager or managing attorney should be able to see your email and think "yeah, this person NEEDS a raise.". I've been a legal professional since 2015, and asking for a raise only gets easier the more times you do it. So, just do it! You know what you're worth, so go and demand it. Best of luck!
I know I’m late to this, but I wouldn’t tell your manager you NEED a raise. Keep it impersonal and about the position you have. The position you have is worth X. When you come up with “X” make it higher than you really want. I don’t know what city you’re in, but let’s say you want $50 an hour. Tell your boss you’ve done some checking and you believe the position is worth $60 an hour. Tell them you believe you’ve proven you are worthy of the position.
Always break down your increase to an hourly number, because it sounds so much less than a monthly or annual number.
If you started in March, my guess is that’s when you might expect a raise?
I’m in corporate, not a law firm. I do know one thing: if you don’t ask for want you want, you won’t get it. That doesn’t mean you’re not valued; it just means the people you work for are busy thinking about their own work load and compensation. Good luck!
