What kind of raise % should I look for when trying to leave PA as a manager?

Are there other analyst at usi with 3.5 yoe and target promotion is set to 2023? My fixed is 8.5 and feel like its lower than what I see in other posts.

I get that unions raise the wage floor, but don’t they also cap the ceiling at whatever place unionised? Why would anyone want this?

My partner used a competing offer to get a sizable raise & promotion at our agency.

A dilemma regarding charging onetime flight ticket expense in DTE under Hybrid commuting allowance:

My Indigo invoice (with GST no.) shows 7k, but I actually had to pay 6k for it (After MMT discount, have receipt of this. Not a GST bill tho).

Which amount should I charge? If they dont want bank statement then I can charge 7k, but if they raise any issue I'll land in trouble.
