I’ve always managed to get by okay at work (I’m no super star), but remote meetings have been really difficult for me and I now feel like I’m barely hanging on. Trying meds now, but no benefits yet. Pros and Cons of disclosing the diagnosis to my team, partner, or firm? I’m torn.

I’ve suffered from workaholism for a long time. Thanks to a lot of great self help books and therapy, I’m no longer putting work on a pedestal and I’m spending a lot more time on self care and my marriage. But, unfortunately, I am now getting withdrawals, because my body is used to the daily adrenaline of throwing myself into work. It’s this terrible feeling of like anguish/unease in my gut, but I don’t have anything I’m worried about- it’s like my body wants to find something to worry about.

Most times people are saying don’t use the scale as your on measurement of progress. Been opposite for me. This is my first time actually sticking to a plan. I am finally down 10.2 lbs. I am happy to see the scale number finally be under 200 again but, I don’t think I look very different. At how many pounds down will you start to actually look like you’re losing weight?!

My company are still facing delays with doors, particularly a specific door that there's none in UK at moment. Anyway 1 customer has been calling in for updates regularly (loveley lady and very understanding, door is for her sons bedroom) called my sales guy today, advised she might need to look at other doors as her sons turned 13 today and will be wanting to have a ham shank in his room and it's something she'd rather not witness 😀. What’s your take on working along side a team in marketing but barely any of your team enjoy the social present, let alone having actual social accounts. Not that I am planning to relocate anytime soon but wanted to have your thoughts on which country you think is a safer option to relocate to?
Earlier I was interested to move somewhere in Europe but with the whole Russia and Ukraine situation and now possibility of Sweden and Finland joining NATO and Russia telling them not to, I don't think Europe might be a good option in the coming years.
Feel free to correct me if I am wrong.
