I have below offers Im considering and further negotiation is not possible because of budget constraints.

DBS is my current client company and offered 20 LPA as I resigned.

DBS : 20LPA Fixed + 5LPA variable (Associate)
Wipro: 21 Fixed + 10% variable( Team lead, B3)
Virtusa: 21 Fixed + 10% variable( Senior consultant, Tier 2)

I am representing a client that has two lease dispute involving separate properties. The first lease was entered into with an individual in his individual capacity. The second lease was entered into with the same individual but in his capacity as a trustee. I am wondering if I can file one lawsuit against this individual even though he entered the first lease in his individual capacity and the second lease in a representative capacity. Would FRCP 18(a) joinder of claims still apply?
