I recently joined EY 5 months back very far from my home Town. I joined because of the hybrid working policy but the location where I am working they are not encouraging this hybrid mode.I also revealed my compensation information to my manager and some of my colleagues and it really was a mistake. I really don't feel any job satisfaction over here and I can't travel to my hometown frequently because flight charges are around 14k per trip. Should I quit ?

Is anyone else here in a coparenting situation? I know we aren't traveling now but how do you handle the schedule with a travel job? I'm really beat down right now... Had my little one every weekend while I traveled in the past (which is fine with me) but my coparent wants a differnt schedule which would end up taking more time from me.
