Supergoop unseen sunscreen. Goes on clear and v light. Hence... unseen!

The best.

Elta MD UV Clear! But anything Elta MD is solid really.

Another for Unseen Sunscreen & as to WFH? Sunscreen 👏 every 👏 day 👏 no 👏 matter 👏 what 👏

Farmacy Green Defense. It’s a mineral sunscreen (I react to chemical sunscreens). Doesn’t break me out, not too much white cast on darker skin. I don’t wear sunscreen indoors, but I’ve heard you should because windows don’t block UVA.

like

Second this one!

Black Girl Sunscreen. Love it cause it doesn't leave a sheen.

like

Also there’s a Coola one made for indoor light as well. It’s amazing

likehelpful

Ha, I literally just started wearing it indoors today because I got a hardcore laser treatment and it felt like I was burning through the windows! I like basic Cerave daily moisturizer with spf but in non-quarantine times I layer that with an spf tinted moisturizer or foundation.

like

Neutrogena spf 30 (at least) and yes to wearing it while wfh. Considering that sun damage can contribute up to like 90% to signs of aging (let alone actual damage to your skin), it’s important to wear it always, especially if you’re sitting near a window for work!

like

Definitely! I use supergoop unseen sunscreen daily!

like

I used to use the La Roche Posay tinted mineral sunscreen over my facial moisturizer but bc of WFH I’d often forget and I sit close to a p big window. Now I use the Cerave facial moisturizing lotion with SPF daily. If I’m gonna go outside for a run or walk and it’s been a while since I put my moisturizer, I’ll top it up with the la Roche posay bc it’s p light and watery.

Eve lom. It’s stupid pricy, but I justify it because it’s one product I use as my daily moisturizer and sunscreen. For being spf 50, it’s not white and greasy like everything else I’ve tried

Facetheory Amil-C whip SPF 20 I wear it every day even if I haven't left the house in days :/

Shiseido, whenever I go outside/drive somewhere.

I like glossier invisible shield, doesn’t feel greasy at all!

I know we all love the work from home (or do we?) but does anyone actually miss traveling for their consulting engagements and all the fun that goes along with it? The late nights at the office then the bar and random hookups and excitement and all that? Sure it’s a grind but I think I actually miss it too. Maybe I just miss seeing people at work or seeing people at all. I wonder if we’ll ever get back to that.

Encouraging WFH is not the same as making it mandatory. People who “take the option” of WFH will be frowned upon. Meanwhile “encouraging WFH” alleviates the liability of the agency. Don’t fall for it.

Question. My younger brother is applying to a Top 5 business school. They contacted him a few days ago to provide his full work history (he had submitted a one pager with only his last two jobs) because they were evaluating his application. Since I am in consulting, he asked me if that was a good sign because he hasn’t received a rejection. I told him that not at all. That it was SOP and it’s been a few days. But I am older and disconnected from the college app world. I figured I’d ask here

How do you deal with someone who consistently doesn’t contribute to a project that’s supposed to be a shared? I like him as a person but this has now been 2 months of me & my senior strat doing all the work while this other guy rarely contributes because he claims to be busy. I think my boss finally saw this - last time he had us take ownership of various parts, he didn’t even bother adding this dude but I still waste time waiting for him to respond, says he can meet then doesn’t, etc.
