Chiropractor helped me make sure all the shifting stayed aligned. Pilates is great- keep it up!
Also not petite, but was shocked how intense ligament pain was! For me it would strike while walking, and I'd just have to stop no matter where I was /where I needed to be. Luckily it eased up in the third trimester.
I think this is normal no matter your size. I am still working out/ doing the same thing as before. Some days it’s just worse than others but no patter
I’m 5’11” so not petite but I’m fairly fit and have (had) decent definition in my abs. I’m at 33 weeks now and am still having sharp, persistent round ligament pain. It’s gotten less frequent but still crops up 1-2 days a week. OB basically said it is what it is and that the more muscle you have the more painful it will be we it stretches out. Getting up, walking around or changing positions sometimes helps.
Thank you so much ladies!! Enlightening and comforting, as it seems to have zero effect on the babe.
D1: First time I’ve heard this, same page with you, and it makes sense. Hopefully a good sign things will go back into place a bit easier. I hope your pain fades even more in the home stretch! I’ll be thinking about you and sending good vibes!
