1. Deloitte being the leader and growth opportunities
2. KPMG for its aggressive growth and pay
3. Accenture , being a volume player
4. IBM , Volume and consistent investment
5. Mercer , being a HR consulting firm (I'm HR specialist)
6. Others
Lol my preference lol
1. KPMG - smartest and most experienced senior management, very knowledgeable consultants, very well paying, fastest rise to prominence of any firm due to aggressive hiring and winning new business, domination of healthcare vertical, they will quickly disrupt Accenture at the top over the next few years.
2. Accenture - scale, aggressive acquisitions, very experienced daynine consultants, lots of business wins
3. Deloitte - HCM consulting practice is the best in the world, lots of business, not a lot of hiring though, maybe becoming a bit stagnant
4. Collaborative Solutions - best boutique firm, high client satisfaction ratings, consistent quality
5. TopBloc / Navigator / Intecrowd / Invisors / Huron / Cross Country and other boutique firms that have good work life balance with decent pay and focus on smaller clients.
6. Alight Solutions - used to have a lot of very experienced senior leadership and consultants from OmniPoint but 90% have left after the Blackstone acquisition from Aon. The original OmniPoint people are very knowledgeable though. Low paying compared to other firms.
7. PWC / IBM / Mercer - once good firms that have lost a lot of consultants that have jumped from these sinking ships
8. OSV - sweatshop with unrealistic expectations for consultants, high attrition, underpaid, low quality
Lol @ Kpmg being #1. Maybe 3rd on a good day behind ACN and D.
Def not most experienced, lowest paying of B4 with slight exception of WD practice because of aggressive hiring , and healthcare is only dominant industry. Basically no F500 clients. Keep drinking the kool aid though
