Rate my compensation: 1 year senior, 4 YOE, cert, and MS: getting 71k base plus 4K bonus at top 20 accounting firm

So confused how people switch to industry and keep their Consulting salary. I want out of Consulting so bad but after receiving my comp statement today I cant justify taking a pay cut for more balance

Currently working as a Relationship Banker. Haven’t had no complaints with how Chase has handled the pandemic from the consumer banking side. Recently I was asked if I was interested in a Financial solutions advisor role at Bank of America. Any advice for a good coder who has difficulty doing timed online coding test? I'm capable building web programs, adding JavaScript effects, fixing bugs, etc, but when I do these online tests I feel like I never have enough time to finish them. I've never worked at a job where I've had less than an hour to fix something substantial without being able to talk through the background and necessary requirements.

Deloitte ARA People - I don’t think it’s any secret that CMAAS and FAAS both have a much bigger presence than ARA. I have only seen you in the wild one time.

Has something changed recently that would indicate this will change? Is Deloitte more committed to the practice now? I can’t imagine if I asked this 3 years ago that Deloitte would have said “Nope we don’t care about ARA.”
