Looking for advice on how to request a signing bonus. Received written offer from someone (via docusign) in HR I haven’t ever spoken to. I’ve only interfaced with the recruiter and those with whom I interviewed.

I have never negotiated a signing bonus before (let’s be real- I’ve hardly negotiated any offer).

They met the high end of my base salary, which I am very happy with. However, (cont’d in comments)

Hey all, I'm approaching my 1yr anniversary in my current role, and I'm curious of what I should expect in terms of a raise.

I started at $57k base last year, with OTE of $70k

I received a small raise at the start of this year, along with a new comp plan so current numbers are $59k base and ~$80k OTE.

This role is in a life sciences vertical. SDRs in this vertical w/ a year of experience average 60-70k base.

I'd like to land at $65k, thoughts?

Just hit 1 year as a bdr at my company, and I wanted to hear opinions on the position I was put in.

I was 1 of 2 out of 30 on my team to hit quota last half. I was told to expect a promotion to enterprise BDR and a pay raise, with a slightly lower quota. Instead I got no title change, no new letter, my quota increased 58%, and I can only work enterprise accounts. I now have the highest quota in the company, most difficult job, as one of the lowest paid bdrs. Does any of that sound normal?

Am I being underpaid? I earn £52.5k + £52.5k. Corporate AE (companies with 1000-5000 employees), 2 YOE as an AE, although I was an SDR for 2 years too (in my first year at current company). ACV roughly 50k. Quite complex sales cycles with a product that is hard to sell. 350k EUR quota. My company has been through quite a few funding rounds and just raised over 100mm in their latest round earlier this year. Happy to provide more info. Thanks!
