Help! Im a senior at USC set to graduate in May 2022 & am currently recruiting for full time offers in tech (SaaS) sales. I’m in the final stages of interview with a startup (Series D). However, we haven’t discussed salary numbers yet. Compensation includes base + equity + commission. Based on my research, base ranges between $50K - $84K. How do I negotiate in order to position myself in the higher range of this estimate? Can I negotiate at all since it’s my first job out of college? Thank you!!

Why are promotions and raises so impossible at this company? They don't seem interested in retaining talent, it's ridiculous.
