I'm in Oklahoma, and an avid Aldi shopper. Prior to COVID, my favorite merlot was routinely stocked there - under $6 a bottle and better than many $30 bottles I've had. It was by Burlwood Cellars. Sadly, supply chain issues have apparently done a number on Aldi's wine selection and it's not carried there anymore. I've searched high and low for a comparable merlot, but to no avail. So I need alternate suggestions or better still, somewhere I can buy my old fav.

I recently asked for a raise as looking up medical assistant and years of experience in my area and found that I am not at market value for my position and 12 years of experience. I have not asked for one before or ever had any HR issues, write ups, warnings, etc. HR came back stating no to a increase as I am at 108% already per their market value. Is it wise to negotiate a "take it or leave it" offer? Also, when there is such an offer, do you think that company really looking to hire you? It does not encourage any communication which gives an impression that they do not need you but if you join at their offer, they are okay. To put things in perspective, offer is inline with industry average but slightly lower than what I am making right now.
