Go by body measurements and how your pants fit, not the scale.
Muscle?
Also remember fat always appears more than muscle of same weight
Throw out the scale and focus on being fit. You should like what you see in the mirror.
Look into tracker macros rather than calories, calories don’t paint the full picture (ex: Coca Cola has less calories than orange juice but is obviously much worse for you)
2 lbs can just be fluctuation. Water, hormones, etc. Keep at it and give it more than a few days.
Keep at it and don't look at the scale for six months. Don't try to guage anything from weekly fluctuations.
Totally agree with the others here - remember that we go through hormonal changes during the month and as such your body weight is going to fluctuate no matter what. I’ve gained a lot of lbs since starting to weight lift, but like how I look so much more!
It’s probably because you’re inflamed from your workouts. Just keep chugging along you’re fine :)
