Make $120k Accenture now doing tech implementations, just got offer 200k TC EY business consulting. I love my job, have a great WLB (working 20 hours per week, no travel, clear path to M in about 1.5 years) - am I an idiot for even contemplating staying? What I would be doing is more PPT/functional vs Onestream/technical which I do now.

Congrats! Still 30k in debt, got nothing to my name. Hope to reach your level in 3 years!
Regardless of any other stats, congratulations. Getting yourself to "worthless" and then positive networth is more than a lot of people have the discipline to do. Well done OP!!!
A couple people dmed to ask about my strategy so posting here for efficiency:
Basically I lived very frugally and contributed any extra $ to my loans. I shared a 4 bedroom apartment to keep my rent low despite living in NYC. I made minimum payments on my loans until I saved up about $10k emergency fund in savings and $5k buffer in checking (not necessary but I wanted the extra liquidity due to potential work expense processing delays). After that at the end of every month (after rent payment went through) I would see how much $ was left in checking above the $5k buffer and do a one time payment of that amount toward my loans. So I had my regular monthly automatic payments but also a larger manual payment at the end of the month. Over time I slowly increased my automatic monthly payment so toward the end my auto payment was like $1000 per month while at the end of the month I was also throwing a couple hundred dollars at it. For reference my starting salary was $70k and increased around 10-12% each year.
This entire time I was also contributing 6% to my 401k to get the employer match.
After I paid off my loans I slightly increased my 401k contribution and follow a similar rule where anything over $5k in checking at the end of the month I do a one time manual transfer to savings. So current breakdown is $5k checking $30k savings $25k in 401k.
Ideally I should start making some real investments right now but I’m considering MBA in the near future so want to have the cash on hand for the time that I’m not working. So I’ve lowered my 401k back to the max match amount and considering opening a 529 to save for MBA due to New York State tax benefits.
Hope this doesn’t come across as bragging, I am very familiar with the struggle of debt and poverty so I hope this information might help someone else realize that you’re not alone and it is very possible to break the cycle of poverty especially considering anyone reading this likely has an income above the US median.
One resource I found extremely helpful (aside from Finance degree lol) was the Personal Finance community on reddit. They have a lot of really helpful guides on how to prioritize spending and repayment based on your specific situation.
Harlem and I got very very lucky with it honestly! I never want to move
