I am currently working in CitiCorp as Java Spring Boot Developer YOE - 6+ Years CTC - 12.6 LPA I am looking for a permanent wfh as its boon for women employees, i felt this will help to manage both family and work,pregnancy times, post maternity i feel WFH will give lot of support. I need all ur helping hands to guide me with good companies. i am scared about "Job Security" for wfh employees though i am very workaholic and work for almost more than 15hrs per day. Does HCL gives permanent wfh?

Since we’ve been remote since last year, I took the opportunity to travel nationally and get my job done. I was recently informed that I cannot work outside the MSA of the address (Chicago) mentioned in my H1B and hence just returned back to Chicago. However, I’m trying to figure out my Thanksgiving and Christmas plans, and would like to travel to another state and work from there for a couple weeks. Is there a maximum time period during which I can work outside of Chicago? Thank you.

Just accepted a position as Sr. Program manager at a clean energy tech start up. They offered 140k base + 10k bonus. Also provided the option to move to California for +35% cost of living change. Now remote frm atl.

150k seems low for ATL. The houses are as expensive as Sacramento CA. I like the idea of California.

Doing my booth mba program, will likely pivot to investments or mbb. I low key heard ATL mbb offices have shortage of feeder school consultants..maybe I have a shot here.

Here I'm not having any Coldfusion work. they expecting me to work on migration from coldfusion to other technology.
I declined the multiple offers for this company including Capgemini and in Capgemini I was getting a manager position.
