All of the firms are. Most clients are shifting to hiring firms for technology and tech consulting turns into staff aug. obviously it’s not all or nothing but the trend is for less strategy in the big 4. Companies want hard deliverables.
Agree with C1. Would also ask if Accenture hasn’t already been this for several years already. It’s tough to generalize firms with the depth and breadth found in b4, but clients are realizing that strategy is only worth paying for unless it’s MBB or used as a way to validate their own plan or agenda

We started a career model called CD&O a few years ago that has a different commercial structure on talent, chargeability, comps etc. specifically to make ourselves more cost-competitive to compete with IPPs.
I think it’s a little reductive to say D is becoming like that - I doubt that - I’d assume that have service lines or capabilities that are built for that rather than the whole firm going that way.
Doesn’t surprise me...I’d think all the Big4 would’ve created some variant of it.
