Help! Returning to work after taking the full Mat Leave (16 weeks plus a few of vaca right after). So nervous to start traveling again away weekly away from my kids. The firm now wants us in the office more than pre-COVID as well. What can I reasonably ask for to make this easier on me without tanking my career? Seems like I’m already starting this FY “behind” since I lost client time while I was out. Also none of my work clothes fit!! (And the few that do are absolutely not pump friendly).

Hi I'm new! I recently got a job offer, and I have never negotiated a job offer because truthfully it give me major anxiety but, work life balance is extremely important to me. I really not sure about how to negotiate a flexible schedule to ensure work life balance. I'm a mom of two small kids and I've missed so much of their lives as a result of not having flexibility. Working from home during covid has highlighted how little time I had with my fam. Any tips would be appreciated!

My complexion and under eyes get very pigmented when I don’t sleep well. I have a wedding to go to in a few weeks and I know I should sleep more to look ok but I don’t. Any tips on looking healthy and getting some glow for brown skin? I used to get facials pre covid but can’t anymore.
