How can I find churn customers in SQL for a period of one month?

I am assuming it as
Total customers at 1st day of month - Total customers at the last dat of same month
E g 1000 on start day and 2000 on last day would give us Zero churn right?

Hello real estate 🐠 - this may be a silly question/mindset, but my husband & I are trying to purchase a house next year but the thought of asking a realtor to show us house after house is stressful. Considering leaving my firm at less than 2 years. Lots of changes coming up that make me feel like it might be time (bonus structure, leadership changes, etc.) This is my first job out of college and I’m worried it will make me look like a job hopper… advice? Any places hiring?

I am good with email management, probably better than others, and I find it extremely hard. I go to pee and return with 8 unread emails. How do others do it? It’s so possible to lose track or miss one yet you get castrated if a superior finds it before you. What do you all do to manage the barrage of emails?

Oddly specific but did anyone in the NY 2nd dept have to wait forever to get through C&F? I’ve been waiting almost 5 months. Maybe this is normal but the 1st dept seems to get people admitted much quicker.

I've been in my current role for one month plus. I am ready to shift gears. The work is not challenging at all. Just filling out precedents and provided no guidance whatsoever. We are overworked and under paid. I no longer like capital markets.

If I start applying for jobs, would it look bad that I'm leaving so soon?

The way firms throw wads of cash at attempts to impress associates then nickel and dime us on the small stuff makes no sense. Millions being spent on our upcoming retreat (which I'd rather not attend in the first place, but the constant messaging of "how much we're investing in this" and other pressures made me cave), but I have to pony up the difference between an aisle seat and a window seat to get there.

How about moving it to a Ramada and letting us all fly first class?
