Jump squats 4 sets of 50 every day
And bands
Get a set of bands and slow down the exercise as much as you can. Deadlifts, squats, split squats, Bulgarian split squats, hip trusts, hamstring curl (if you can hook your bands Orinda something) can all be done with bands. Just make sure to focus on contraction.

Rising Star
There is really not much you can do to replicate squats or leg press with several hundred pounds. You can do higher reps with lower weight but this approaches cardio - which your body interprets differently (250-500 air squats is still not the same as 3 sets of 6-8 reps of 200* lbs)
but the closest I’ve found with no equipment is Bulgarian split squats - slow and controlled (time under tension). You can put the back leg on the couch or a coffee table.
Bands - slow and controlled.
step ups or squats but grab something heavy (gallon of liquid, cat litter...whatever is handy)
If you find something smaller and reasonable heavy - you can try the equivalent of dumbbell deadlifts but if you are deadlifting a few hundred pounds that’s a tall order.
