M streets. Junius heights. Still cheapish gonna explode
M streets are all 500k to 1 million I thought? Well for an actual house not necessarily a condo.
Yeah that’s pretty lazy OP
I would think Winnetka Heights and Oak Cliff would be good investment areas from what I have seen.
Oak Cliff is possible. Just depends if the initiatives to transform south of the river actually work. Do you believe in developers' ability to revitalize the area? It's possible, but south of the river has sucked for a long time and it will take a while to fix.
For people saying its lazy or to go Google. I lived in philly for 7 years. 5 years ago I would've told you to buy in Greys Ferry because I knew it was up and coming but nowhere on Google could you find that. I figure getting insight from people who live in the area and know what's up and coming is smart. Not everything can be found online. Good luck with your investments without talking to others.
OP, we’re a bunch of pricks. Don’t let that get you down
You asked for a zip code for an area. Literally Google "m streets zip code" and it comes up. You were lazy. It's okay. But admit when you're wrong. It'll help in the future. It also helps to come to a conversation with at least an idea of things. how much money do you have to spend? Multifamily? Flipping? long term?
You're right D1. I'm looking for single family homes that I can fix up and rent and hold long term. I'm open to duplexes as well. Have about $400k to spread across multiple investments.
