Realistic timeline as to when we’ll get vaccinated?

2021 is a write-off year, even with vaccinations it will still take time for any sense of normalcy to come back. Trudeau said vaccines will be available to anyone who wants one in September. Realistically that will be delayed too

Hahaha touché. Though I won’t be at Deloitte for much longer and my opinion still stands 🤣

Oct 2021

Probably sometime in late 2022-early 2023, unless you’re prioritized. Source: my own opinion based on the reports of vaccine delays and the people I know (only one has received vaccine so far and she is a frontline ER nurse).

Planning for another virtual year.... I still have a bit of hope for a family Christmas in 2021 but in my mind thats a bit optimistic. Also, we still have to figure out kids, vaccine only authorized for those over 18.... I know it’s low mortality in that age group but I’m not sure that we’ll just accept that all the kids can just get it......? Does anyone know the plan for under 18 yet ...?

Working parents sanity is so important

This year

Not until 2022, unless we ink a deal to get a ton of those ineffective Sinovac vaccines.

Sep 2021, if the Federal government can get their sh-t together.

Fall 2021

End of 2021 if you’re lucky, but there are new variants which means that the existing vaccine may not be affective against future strains. Crystal balling, this will be like the flu, wish us as usual and we may get a new vaccine every year.

Hi Ladies! I’m a sales rep for a private duty non-medical Homecare agency and when making cold visits at hospitals or clinics to introduce myself I’m often not allowed in. It seems that due to covid they aren’t allowing un-scheduled visits and since I’m new to the area I don’t really know anyone. Anyone experiencing similar challenges? What other ways can I get my foot in the door and meet the key players to begin to establish those relationships?

Hey everyone, sorry about the n00b question, but what do you think are the best materials for GMAT prep? They can get pretty expensive and I just want to make sure I’m investing in the right spots. Also a friend lent me her set of Veritas books, but I’m wondering if that’s enough. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Thanks!!!
