What's the longest folks have delayed starting a new job? I'm moving from BL to in-house. Thinking of asking for 2+ months because of a pre-planned vacation and finishing out some projects at current gig. Will obviously communicate both of the above to new employer, but am curious what folks' experiences have been. Thanks!
