A couple of things to consider:
1) have you tried on the watches? In my exp, bracelets matter a lot in wearing experience and appears that Tudor may have an edge
2) the thickness and size, while Tudor may be smaller in diameter, it’s a thiccc boy - not sure about longines
Separately,
1) I personally can’t stand faux rivets on Tudor’s bracelets
2) similarly, I can’t stand Longines 5 stars on the dial - someone made a joke about it being a yelp review and I can’t get that out of my head now
Last note: have you checked out Monta’s Skyquest?

Everyone hates them they’re the worst

As someone with the goal of eventually obtaining a pepsi GMT master, the Tudor has always felt like an uglier version (and I’m not the type who usually thinks of Tudor as a “poor man’s Rolex”). I think the Longines is an excellent choice.

Try them both in if you can. I owned the BB GMT for a couple months but the thickness was just too much for me to comfortably live with.

Recent video on this topic. Unless you need the rotating bezel I’d also consider the Black Bay Pro.

Love my pro.

I like Longines here. First I like the design better and also I don’t think you get $1,000 more watch with the BB. The Longines is also .6mm thinner

BB GMT for reference.
I think it looks fantastic! I like it more than the BB GMT
Also it seems a lot cheaper than the BB GMT https://www.prestigetime.com/Longines-Spirit-Zulu-Time-42mm-L3-812-4-53-6-L38124536.html
I haven't bought from them personally but everything I can see online says they're a legit gray market retailer like Jomashop

I like them both. Slight preference for Tudor.

How big is your wrist? I ended up selling my black bay gmt Diet Pepsi because of the thickness on my 6.5 inch wrist just couldn’t take it.
Rising Star
My wrist is 6.75”. I wear an Omega Speedmaster Racing regularly (15mm thick), but it doesn’t have the giant slabbed sides of the Tudor. Not sure how it would wear with a cuff, I only wear the Speedy on the weekends

I’ll echo what Zumper said; the biggest downside to the Tudor Diet Pepsi is that it’s a thick and chunky watch.
I’ve never seen a Zulu time in person, it might be thick too, but it’s always worth trying them both on to see what you like.

As a former BB GMT owner, I’d go with the Longines and save the extra $$$. After some months on the wrist the thickness became burdensome especially on the bracelet where the watch weighs something like 200g. It’s pretty hefty.
I actually really like what Longines did here. Sure the five stars is kinda tacky like a Yelp review, but at least there is history behind it and can be a potential conversation starter. I haven’t worn the bracelet, but if it’s similar to the bracelet in the Spirit then believe the links are all fully articulating, which will aid with comfort.
Black Bay GMT S&G. Gorgeous

I think the Longines is more unique and looks better

Here’s an interesting thing I noticed while watching a review - it looks like the GMT hand wiggles around an awful lot while you’re quick-setting the local hour hand. I don’t believe the Tudor does the same thing. Not necessarily a red flag or reason to avoid this but it is interesting that I haven’t seen any other GMT watches with this same behavior.
