I am set to graduate with my MBA in May and am wanting to begin and grow a career in healthcare administration/management. I have over four years’ work experience, but I have not worked in the healthcare industry. I have been trying to get a foot in the door with a facility, but have not had any luck because I do not have industry experience.

How do you call out a senior team for stealing your idea that you presented and wrote months after the project is done? I don’t want to be a dick, but these people are acting like they helped on something they didn’t help on, and I can’t wrap my head around ever doing something like that. I know getting credit for your work is important, how do you protect it from more senior teams? Do I just ask them why they’re doing it?

Has anyone been able to switch industries? I am currently looking to switch from FSO to Core assurance, but not sure if it will even really be possible or I need to start looking externally.

Looking for advice, my company had a re-org, my peer (director, customer success) became my boss. HE quit and I took that position. I am responsible for all acct mgmt (renewals & upsell), mgr to CSMs & directly support top 50accts. I am now told my title will be “Manager, success” as titles were reset across co. Burnout is unreal, mostly I feel disrespected. Has anyone else experienced this? I fear that when job searching this will look like a demotion based on title. I am worth so much more :(

Idk how to deal with this. I have a staff on my team who stops working early on Fridays for religious reasons, and he’s supposed to make up the hours on sundays. I have never seen a single Sunday sign off from him and his work is just not getting done. I want to respect his religion obviously, but I’m getting so frustrated that I’m having to make up his work at this point. I feel like he’s using the situation to his advantage and I’m incredibly overwhelmed and stressed out…(contd)

We are switching from iPads to Chrome books next year. We use Schoology as our LMS and love the GoodNote app for sharing PDF files that students can write on in GoodNotes and then export to Schoology drop boxes. Does Chrome hav an extension or app that is similar that we will be able to use next year?
