Hi! I’m a recruiting coordinator with only a few months of experience. I am looking to get a recruiting coordinator or sourcing role in Tech. I plan to get my SHRM-CP & Google Project Management Certificates by the end of the year. I also have customer service experience and prior admin experience as well. I’m also very interested in university/early career talent.
Would anyone be able to assist with referrals to Facebook (Meta) Microsoft Google? I appreciate any help!!

I have been working with a personal trainer for 2+ years, and for me, it's well worth the money. The accountability and having specific appointments gets me to the gym when I might otherwise not make that healthy choice. Also, she has gradually ratcheted up the intensity and varies the exercises so that the workouts don't get boring. This is the longest sustained period of regular exercise that I have had in my adult life.
Diet is the most important. For exercise, find something you like and you will do it. Don't pay lots of money just to get yourself to visit the gym. If you do not know what you are doing, use a trainer to learn but then have some discipline
Eat less, move more
I do the personal trainer thing, and it really works for me. I think about it just like Consulting. I help my clients make changes they are unable or unwilling to make on their own. So I hire a personal trainer for the same reasons. My last trainer finished grad school and actually got a job at a big 4 firm.
^agreed. Mostly about food and rest is mental/motivation. You want it, youll do it
For me spending a lot of money on CrossFit actually made me go. I didn't feel bad wasting 30 bucks a month at la fitness but 180 a month at CF was a different story. That said, diet is by far the most important aspect of losing weight.
I agree about diet being more important than working out when it comes to weight loss.
WRT whether to use a trainer to show you the ropes, or to use one on an ongoing basis for accountability, that is a personal choice. I must be motivated to stick with an exercise regimen for over 2 years, but I know myself, and in my case, the accountability helps. This does not suggest a lack of motivation any more than choosing to walk daily with a friend, or to work out with one. Accountability helps with weight loss too, BTW. It's no panacea, but it's a positive factor for many.
Diet is important, but I also keep a trainer. Even once a week, it is good to get in and do a full body workout.
