I use protein shakes because it's quick and easy. Requires no extra prep or thought after it's already in your fridge.

like

Premier protein shakes don’t need to be refrigerated prior to opening. I just went on a trip and took a few in a large Ziploc bag, along with some powdered collagen packets, packed them in my checked luggage, and it worked out well. I saw a hack on TikTok where a sales rep ordered a double shot espresso in a large cup with ice, and then she poured the Premier protein shake into the cup and made it nice and cold. That’s great because you’re pretty much living out of your car.

kodiak cakes has a protein pancake mix that I like - I have one of those griddle pans on my stove and I can just turn it off and leave it when i’m done then wipe it down at the end of the day and it stays relatively clean. Also, costco has pre-cooked frozen sausage for some variety

like

I have also found Kodiak waffles in the frozen section. Pop them in the toaster.

As someone else suggested: two eggs and toast. I’ve eaten this same breakfast for most of my adult life so that I never have to decide!

I envy you. I usually get grossed out by the food after I’ve eaten it consistently for a certain amount of time.

Also pre made little egg quiches. Make them in silicon cupcake molds once a week, grab and go. They’re like egg bites from Starbucks

I eat Chobani Greek yogurt flips specifically the coconut one that has some almond slivers and dark chocolate pieces in it, it staves off hunger for me and is calorie controlled. Or I’ll literally just have some fruit. You can always just eat an early ish lunch though. Intermittent fasting has been shown to have a lot of health benefits!

like

Ooh I didn't know they made a coconut one I have tried the flips before. Thanks!

I swear by the just crack an egg veggie scramble. Use 2 eggs and throw in the packets. Cook it a little longe than the label says. Cut up half an avocado and throw it in, then I top it off with some Melinda’s ghost pepper sauce (Walmart has it ). Boom. Complete breakfast with a lot of kick. Ready to roll.

Kind bars - dark chocolate sea salt is my jam. Has almonds too

like

Same. My breakfast routine now is simply microwaving a mug of lactose-free milk and adding a shot of espresso to it.

Thry shakes…throw in some psyllium husks and maca powder too and you are good till lunch!

Meal prep! Or, there are a lot more "heat and eat" options in the frozen section of the grocery store - egg bites, sandwiches, acai bowls, etc. Also, I think of breakfast as just "meal 1" and will often eat non-breakfast things if I am crunched on time.

I used to do this as well. I got one of those portable little blenders a I throw everything in the night before for a smoothie that I can just grab and take in the morning. It has really helped me to get something in first thing in the morning.

Not sure if this is the right place to post but I have really been struggling with work lately. I was diagnosed with ADHD in the winter and prescribed adderall. Prior to the ADHD diagnosis I battled with a panic disorder for about the last decade and was prescribed xanax. However my doc didn’t feel comfortable with both scripts so I no longer (cont)
