Hi folks, i cleared the Accenture consulting (ACN) interviews and hr told me that I'm being considered as an experienced consultant. How do i know for sure that it's not an entry level, because it's not on paper right? Is there any interval leveling?
Also the HR told me that I would be eligible for the appraisal if i join before 30th April. Will the salary push them to promote if you start breaching the ceiling? Accenture

Do you have something specific in mind? Or you’re not even sure what to get? If you’ve had your eye on something for a while and have been saving up for it, I say go for it. But don’t drop a few or more grand on some impulse buy — you might love it or you might have buyer’s remorse, more of a gamble.

Definitely try it on first at a store. You don’t want to drop that much dough for a watch sight-unseen. I made that mistake when I was starting out and I was soooo disappointed.
And when you try it on, ask to wear it around the shop as you look at other watches. It takes about 5 min to really tell if a watch is comfy. Those GS divers are pretty big. And look at yourself with it on in a full length mirror. Just looking down at your wrist can often be deceiving.
