Last week I got offer from Infosys for the below skills and experience,

Skill - SAP BASIS Administrator
YOE - 5 years
Offered Package - 11.6 LPA and 1L joining bonus
Current CTC - 9.6 LPA

I feel like the offered package is too low. When the mentioned the same to the HR, he said this the maximum they can offer for the role.

Kindly suggest how much I can ask to the HR for the mentioned skills and experience.

After trying to find an in-house job since July, I finally have an offer at a company that I really like. Total comp is around $20-25k off from where I want to be. Equity comp may be the only way to bridge the gap but they said they don’t normally include equity comp at the corporate counsel level, which is odd. I have found that most companies do. 1) race to the office to avoid being late
2) Having to wake early to shower, get dressed, have breakfast, fill the gas tank on the way
3) SIT in the chair for hours
4)drive home, grab groceries or dinner on the way

Whew, I don’t know how I survived this in hindsight. I’m SO grateful now I get to work from home and not have to shave my legs everyday, put on makeup, get my nails done, and NOT wearing bras. It’s the little things. That’s it. That’s my confession 😊
