There are other ways to make the same amount of money without selling what’s left of your soul
Wanted to go deeper in industry and report to one boss, not multiple partner empires. Also wanted to choose the client I worked in rather than get stuck on staff aug at companies I didn’t believe in
when you break down your pay per hour in consulting your getting royally shafted
Just had a kid and didn’t want to travel anymore. Need to focus my time and energy on my new family.
On the same boat here...
Maybe more time with family? Anyone?
More time with family which you will never get back when your kids are older.
