Received a verbal offer - can you negotiate the title?

The company hired someone who was a Senior Associate at my firm as a Consultant last year - I am a Consultant so would expect to come in as at least a Consultant. Typically it looks like one needs 3 YOE for the Consultant and I have ~2 years 9 months so close.

At the same time, the compensation is still a raise, the company is more prestigious, and the role is in the city I want so want to take it but don’t want to shortchange myself.

I have a large dataset in PowerBI (7m rows) and I’m trying to condense it to pivot in Excel by aggregating the data. Does anyone have experience doing this? How do you pivot and export in Power BI?

I've been an individual contributor for 4 years in Tech, have 8 years of experience total. I'm finding it difficult to make the management transition despite having management experience, performing beyond expectations, and having a genuine passion for enablement and development.

They’ve laid out the data they want to see (market, patients, competition etc). Would you start with summarising your decision and the whys, or build the story and then provide recos at the end? 20 min presentation with ~8-9 slides.
