I had an interview with Godaddy. The panelists were US based. This was just the 2nd round and I am not sure about my performance since none of the 5 rounds are rejection rounds. I realised one thing, that senior guys or the guys from the US barely care about your DSA. Instead of coming with a “Reject him” mindset, they come with a “Assess him” mindset and ask relevant questions. Focus more on, “how” and not “what”. Ask what you’ve done mostly. I find them better than our desi FAANG interviewers.
Something weird happened today. I attended 4 rounds of interviews with PwC and, post the 4th round, HR called me to share my last 3 month payslip and current compensation structure along with my salary expectations. Today he called me to check my availability for the 5th round of interview with the advisory head. Now I am confused as to why the HR asked me to share documents if there is another round. Is this the normal process?

Would your contacts mind if you named them and you were wrong? It all comes down to how much information you're handing out.
If the recruiter reached out to you, no way. At least not at this point.
Can you provide additional context? Are you applying for another role but haven’t disclosed that information to the recruiter?
Hmmm… it’s gets tricky. If it were me, I’d keep info to myself unless the recruiter asks, since you don’t want to risk disclosing too much and having it possibly backfire. Just my opinion though.
