Which consulting firms do you think offer the most opportunity/respect/salary, for someone that doesn’t really like selling super hard, preferring to be brought along as expert when others push, or actually deliver things that others sell. Seems at OW there isn’t much opportunity to go beyond EM if this is the case, and as a bit of an introvert am wondering if other firms have an alternate path available.
In the 16 years since I was a summer clerk, profits per equity partner have more than doubled. The associate comp. scale has increased 20k in the same period. People wonder why associates are leaving for other jobs….

Hello, we recently built out a technology team at our company. They are a phenomenal team with great work flow, rapport and collaboration however, most are junior in their career which can make it difficult for our senior lead to step away. They all receive professional dev allowances so we would like to work toward identifying possible future leads and laying out a growth plan. Do any of you have best practices, tips or resources in doing this specifically for tech talent?
