Received an offer at Altman Solon for Consultant level. Anyone know how negotiable the salary and sign-on/relocation bonus are (in NY if it makes a difference)?

I was able to negotiate for an extra 5k (which I guess is really more like $6.25k due to bonus structure) back when I joined, but it’s not super flexible

Thanks! My offer is for 115, 20% bonus, and 10k relocation. Is that on par?

Which consulting firms do you think offer the most opportunity/respect/salary, for someone that doesn’t really like selling super hard, preferring to be brought along as expert when others push, or actually deliver things that others sell. Seems at OW there isn’t much opportunity to go beyond EM if this is the case, and as a bit of an introvert am wondering if other firms have an alternate path available.

Note that I already have 4 years of consulting experience at another big 4 so brand recognition is not important to me

Hello, we recently built out a technology team at our company. They are a phenomenal team with great work flow, rapport and collaboration however, most are junior in their career which can make it difficult for our senior lead to step away. They all receive professional dev allowances so we would like to work toward identifying possible future leads and laying out a growth plan. Do any of you have best practices, tips or resources in doing this specifically for tech talent?
