I have 3+ years experience in project management and various technical certifications. It says the position will handle 10-15 projects at a time. Where should my salary expectations be? Trying to see if my expectations align with reality. Any insight is appreciated!

Just interviewed with a firm and it seems great. I was told that although associates are given an annual billing requirement, the firm focuses more on your “receipts” rather than hours billed. I understood that to mean that the firm is more focused on whether or not your client pays your invoice. Has anyone worked for a firm like this?

I have recently got promoted but not happy with my TC because it didn’t change at all. The rationale was I was at the very top of my previous level salary band. And now I need to start from the lowest salary band of my new level. At the same time people come in as experienced hire at my new level is earning more but doing the same job. Any advice on how to negotiate?

I’m currently a contractor and my “position ends August 25. Originally I wouldn’t have minded getting directly hired on, however I was able to get on another deployment (Reservist here) and much prefer that. What are some suggestions on resigning as a contractor but putting it out there I’m open for being directly hired with this company? Has anyone leveraged what they make in the military into better civilian pay?

Has anybody filled out a lateral conflict check document coming from in-house? I was at a firm prior to this role. I don’t have access to the work I did at my prior firm and can’t remember half the matters. Feel like I am missing a lot of what they would consider reportable here. That said, the job I’m taking is not in IP or litigation. Should I be concerned?
