Received an offer from a company in a different vertical to work on tech / IT strategy. Would you take this offer? Info below.

Current Comp: 105k in tech strategy (including annual RSUs) with 10% bonus

Offer: 145k (Base) with up to a 14% bonus

I'm conflicted by the offer because it does not include any equity unlike my current employer. I also believe that the future is incredibly bright with my current company. I would really only jump for the $$. Am I making a mistake by staying?

Hi folks I recently switched and my package is 13 LPA but as the role was not aligning with my goals so I switched again within 2 months. Now when I got interviewed for this new org(which is a unicorn). At starting they agreed on min 20% hike + 1lpa as a Joining Bonus. But while giving the offer they gave the same amount of 13lpa. Do you guys think it's fair of starting the interviews with something and then lowball the candidate? My interviews went pretty well

Googled Senior .NET developer salary and average is apparently 60K. Is that right or am I grossly underpaid?

Got the first salary from deloitte today and surprised to see the PF deduction is only one deduction what is mentioned in the offer letter. Even though as per the policy it says employee needs to pay an equivalent amount. Also less tax deducted this month . Is it because the calculation is made only till March 2022? Any idea anyone

I interviewed for an L6 Sr program manager role and was offered an L5 program manager position at amazon. I have 5 YEO and a masters. I saw the L5 role only asks for 2 YEO. TC for the L5 is slightly more than I make now. Would accepting this be a good long term move? Would I be taking a step backwards?

Hi all, say you get equity vested in 4 years with a one year cliff. Let’s say the company goes from $50M Valuation to $2bn in that one year. Is there any laws that protect you from being fired during the cliff period? I’m not sure if this ever happens, but couldn’t the employer, if they had zero morals, just fire you during the cliff period so you are left with nothing?
