I have recieved offer letter from CTS for pune location with 12.19 lakh CTC , YOE 3.8 yrs, skillset: MS exchange and azure for tech lead role. May i know is it good compensation wrt to designation or i should get more?
Also any idea by when CTS may open office and ask employee to come back keeping third COVID wave ongoin in mind.

Just based on money, I would jump, especially if you’re saying you already spent 3 years at your current place (even if 1 year or more I would still jump).
But - do other benefits match? Do you get decent healthcare, decent PTO/sick time, other stipends? Is it also a step up title wise, or another way to think of it is are you less removed from the C-suite? Is the company’s industry the exact same or are they accomplishing a different mission? Do you get potential exposure to other types of clients that you want to work with?
Really depends what else you want besides a better salary.
I’d jump. Even with RSUs your current comp doesn’t come close to your new comp. think about how much those RSUs would have to appreciate for you to make an equivalent of 145k. Also, if your future is as bright as you say at your current company, then why aren’t they valuing (paying) you more? The market seems to dictate that you’re worth 145k.
