Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?
My LM is so keen on small small things, not related to coding but documentation and all. Atleast once in a week I'm committing mistakes on small documentation points n he is stressing on same. Are there any chances that my probation will not be extended or is it a clue for me from my LM. He is Looping his LM and asking questions/clarifications.
Should I ask him directly or can be ignored or need to try outside. Please suggest Barclays

If you aren’t looking to stay in Consulting for a long time, you might consider jumping: higher TC and a better sounding title (it sounds better, not sure it is)
But if you’re looking for longer term growth, ZS is better hands down. Think about how many people become P at ZS every year. Trinity doesn’t seem to have that kind of growth at the top.
Thank you. This is helpful advice
Unless it’s a startup / equity on the table, never jump for lower base. Trinity isn’t even a name brand! Keep interviewing

Higher TC because of performance bonus? How do you know the guarantee you’ll make the top of that range?
Bonus is guaranteed
What levels?
Sc = ac. Source: I received both offers joining from PhD
I will always recommend going for higher base as that is what firms look at. Also ZS is a great firm and will help build your resume for further.
Is ZS more recognized in industry?
