I am currently on notice period and my LWD is Sep 2, 2022. Today, I got an offer from state street mentioning my joining date as Sep 12, 2022 even though I already told HR that I would like to join from Sep 5 itself. How can I convince HR to prepone my joining date to Sep 5, 2022. I don't want to lose my one week salary guys. Pls suggest. State Street

My current CTC is very low with respect to my YOE. CTC : 5.2 lpa
YoE : 4
Tech stack : Python , MLops
But now my manager has initiated H1B visa for me and the visa process is in progress.
Is it worth to wait till the H1B process completes to work in U.S (or) should i make a switch immediately. .

If IQVIA, it would be a major change in comp structure. When I left, six months ago, consultants wouldn't typically make more than about $110k base. Bonus target was 7%. A 23% bonus target on a $130k base would be wild.
Doubtful it's IQVIA.
I have also given technical interview to IQVIA for Associate Consultant, but still waiting for reply
