I have a first round interview with United Airlines Friday for their FP&A dept. Any tips/topics to specifically prepare for? Only had a manager reach out to me via email to schedule the interview; no HR or discussion regarding what the 45 minute interview will be centered around. Any and all insight is appreciated!
All any feedback on servicenow?
Thoughts on WWE as an exit?
Don’t play that game. If you take the internal counter offer, you have just shown that money is what drives you (whether that is true of you or not). It will paint a perception of you in a way that you can’t easily control. If you were far enough in your thinking to go get an external offer, follow through and move on. It’s a cleaner, more gracious exit
SM1 - Thanks for the response. This is definitely helpful!
I am motivated by money. I will work harder if you pay me more.
Well articulated SM1
Agree with what have already been said. OP you should just move on, and congrats!
Like Han said in Tokyo Drift... “Life’s simple, you make choices and you don’t look back.”
take the counter if money was the only deciding factor..
I had to share my offer letter to formally receive the counter..
Don’t accept the counter. There is a reason you wanted to leave.
What if the reason was more money.
