Amex people thoughts on this offer, as I have recently(4 months back) joined a startup with Base(33) and CTC(35.5) but not enjoying the work here. Amex brand tag and culture is good.
Hence, considering the offer, does this offer look good or is there any scope of improvement? Amex American Express

Look at the 2021 Q4 Forrester Report of Cybersecurity consulting providers. If you can't find it I'll spare you and tell you EY is the leader and KPMG doesn't even show up in the top tier. In a small handful of accounting specific practices the two are on a level playing field but when it comes to consulting its not even close. EY also does a MUCH better job of integrating service lines on individual engagements so you'll be exposed to other types of consulting if you feel that cyber may not be your permanent home.

😜
KPMG has a strong cyber response and cloud security practice. Our grc, IAM and other engineering groups of cyber are not that good.
At the end of the day it doesn’t matter which firm you go with as your team, tech stack and project portfolio are the only things that would make an impact on your career long term
😂😂😂😂😂
Really depends on the location and what you want to do in cybersecurity. I started my career at EY as pentester and did get to attend plenty of technical courses (Offsec, SANS, etc).
I see, it’s gonna be in southern California
Depends on what you are doing in cybersecurity consulting… I also chose between EY and KPMG last year and I am very happy with my choice. what area?
