Recent grad looking for entry level AAE/project management position, Chicagoland.

What is an "average" exit for an "average" post-MBA 2nd year EM or equivalent (so maybe 4-5 years of pre-MBA experience in some vaguely business related field, and 3 years of post-MBA MBB/T2/B4 consulting experience)?

I've heard of plenty of people exiting to tech at $300-400k but that is probably a little inflated since tech stock has been taking a beating. And I also know lots who have exited at the $250-300k range. What should I be shooting for?

What is big 4 equivalent level for a D7 role in industry?

For questions as to why you are looking to leave your current firm.. I am looking to move because for some reason I am hand-held a lot and given simpler tasks, so I am getting bored and want more challenging / much more fast paced environment. Also kind of bored because I am on one project for a long time and I want exposure to variety of projects. Is this a fair answer or would I be seen as arrogant? Is there a better way to frame my answer?

Hey all - could use a bit of advice. I’m a current PL/EM at BCG and for personal reasons my partner and I are considering a transfer to London. I was pretty surprised to see how low the pay is compared to the other offices I know in Europe. It seems like exiting to PE would nearly double my compensation (depending on the fund).
