Good DFW tax recruiter?
I interviewed for the position of Associate Human Capital Advisory role at KPMG. I cleared my first round but for the second round tgey gave me 2 case studies and one excel assessment to be completed in 2.5 hours. I think I messed up the case studies and just wrote the approach and recommendations but didn't include any other preferable portions. Is there a minimum cutoff for these assessments?

I am looking for guidance.
I am going to start interview process with Amazon next week. Probably all rounds will be done in 1-2 day time frame.
How/what should I prepare for interview?
Am clueless on what kind of ds & algo questions, system design questions are asked in Amazon interviews.
My techstack: javascript developer- react+Angular.
1. Pls guide me on what/how to prepare?
2. Also, will the interview be solely on da & algo and javascript; or on Js frameworks?

It's always been a dream of mine to work at Google, specifically as a UX designer (currently transitioning into UX from visual design). I've been so afraid to apply to any jobs with UX title, Google or not, because I'm always doubting myself and telling myself I'm still under-qualified.
UX designers & hiring managers, what are the skills a designer must have to be "qualified" for a UX position? Keywords on resume? Certifications? Thank you all in advance!

It can be frustrating to not get feedback from interviewers (in my experience I also haven't gotten responses to this question). That said, it sounds like you're onto the issue.
As a recent graduate, it's not too late to get your first internship. You will learn and grow, just make sure to find a paid one! It's a great way to open the door to potential full time employment. If you're willing to consider it, ask interviewers if it's the type of internship where there may be potential for a full time offer at the end if this fit is right.

That might look like the case but it’s not. Just email them your portfolio, as long as they can see potential, to most agencies it doesn’t matter whether you’re studying/graduated/self-thought. In-house is different

If you want you can dm me you portfolio for feedback. It all depends on whether your work fits the type of places you’re applying to , much more than experience or even quality of work (assuming you’re applying for right level jobs)
Neither did I! It takes time bit I would recommend researching firms you like and cold emailing. Ask for a zoom conversation or coffee whatever's easiest and don't expect a job opportunity. Conversations get the ball rolling.
